On 21st March, the "2024 Talent Development Lighthouse Summit" held by CSTD (Chinese Society for Talent Development), was held in Shanghai, and Huayou Cobalt was awarded the title of "2023 China Talent Development Lighthouse Award - Outstanding Talent Cultivation Enterprise".

The "Talent Development Lighthouse Award" mainly targets outstanding enterprises in various industries, and sets up benchmarks and demonstrations for enterprise talent development concepts and methods, model innovation and value contribution by evalsuating the construction of talent development system and the value of achievements. The judging is carried out by renowned scholars from Peking University, China Europe International Business School (CEIBS), East China Normal University (ECNU) and other institutions of higher learning, as well as senior experts with rich practical experience in human resource management, talent development and enterprise university construction.
Since its launch in October 2023, more than 110 enterprises have applied for the "Second Talent Development Lighthouse Award". Through research and interviews, evalsuation and defence, and expert deliberation, Huayou Cobalt was successfully selected as the "2023 China Talent Development Lighthouse Award - Excellent Enterprise for Talent Cultivation".
